Client Overview: Dot Networks, formerly known as Roaming Networks, is a leading system integrator and Digital General Contractor, delivering high-end services across telecommunications and other global markets.

Project Scope: I played a crucial role in training and ensuring a steady stream of tower technicians and line managers for Dot Networks. My responsibilities extended to managing the recruitment and training process, ensuring that each candidate was well-equipped to meet the company's high standards.

• Recruitment and Training: Led the recruitment and training efforts for tower technicians, focusing on candidates with relevant experience in tower climbing, antenna installation, and troubleshooting.

• Candidate Assessment: Evaluated candidates based on their experience with tower work, including tasks like SSPP testing, antenna installation, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Certification Verification: Ensured that all recruited candidates held the necessary certifications for workplace safety, workability at height, and first aid, and verified the validity of these certifications.

• Process Streamlining: Developed and implemented processes to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified tower technicians and line managers, enabling Dot Networks to meet project demands efficiently.

• Direct Reporting: Oversaw the entire process, from candidate assessment to final placement, ensuring alignment with Dot Networks' requirements and standards.
